Welcome to the Piedmont Beekeepers Association’s Web Site.
We are one of the oldest beekeeping organizations in South Carolina.
Our group meets every third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm (except July and December) at the Clemson Extension office located at County Square. For information on joining the association, click here.
The next Piedmont Beekeepers Association meeting is scheduled for 7:00p.m.Tuesday, Nov.18th,2008 Greenville County Square, 301 University Ridge, Conference Room A, across from County Council Chambers.
A hot dog dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. in suite 4300,Clemson Extension office so we will have use of the kitchen.
Our presentation for this meeting will be presented by Jennifer Berry, researcher with the University of Georgia honeybee program. Barbara Tate will have door prizes and a raffle item. Please support the association by buying a raffle ticket. There will not be a meeting in Dec. due to the holiday season.
Dues for 2009 can be paid at the January 2009 meeting or by sending it to Jim Clary at: 44 Eli Cox Road, Woodruff, SC 29388. |
